The development of social entrepreneurship as a relatively new form solving problems depends on many factors, particularly the institutional environment and its digitalization. Information processing systems various activities associated with digital technologies affect almost all aspects economic activity. This study aims to analyze substantiate impact transformation processes enterprises in regions Russian Federation. Regression correlation analysis was used research method. In course testing hypothesis about influence component entrepreneurship, importance investment informatization communications share population using Internet particular region are shown.
